In order to expand our business, Reflex is now recruiting mobile massage therapists and management staff for our Tokyo store. We are hiring a wide range of people, from those with experience in the industry to those without, so please feel free to contact us.

お仕事の流れ
1・いつでも出発可能な準備を整えて自宅、待機所でお仕事の依頼を待ちます。
電話、メールで派遣の依頼が入ります。
２・依頼を受けましたら専属ドライバーが出張先まで送迎いたします。
３・お客様のホテルやご自宅に到着しましたらコースの確認、お会計を先に済ませてカウンセリング、お部屋の準備をします。
４・施術開始〜
力加減やお客様のご要望をお伺いしながら施術を行います。
５・退出〜
終了のお時間になりましたらお部屋の片付けをして退出します。迎えのドライバーのお車で次のご予約や待機に戻ります。

The job involves working as a therapist providing massage and oil massage in the guest rooms of business hotels or in customers' homes during their stay.
Return rate: 50-70%
Various allowances available Independent support system available Side jobs allowed
24 hour flexible shifts
Fully commission-based system (minimum return rate of 45% or more)
Transportation expenses provided
Please wait at home or there is a waiting area in Shinjuku.
The various systems will be explained to you during the interview.

Q: Is it okay if I have no experience?
A. Most people will have no experience, so don't worry.
Q: Are there any quotas?
A. There are no quotas or sales.
Q. Is this a men's beauty salon?
A. We are a massage parlor and relaxation salon. We do not offer any adult services.
Q: What will happen to the shifts?
A. You will need to decide the dates and times you are available and adjust them on a weekly basis.
Q: Are there any training costs?
A. There are no transportation costs to the training venue or training fees, and we provide training videos, manuals, etc.
